The words Farina (flour) and Cucina (kitchen) have within themselves secrets, recipes, and
traditions of ancient people. Genova, the town from which we come, begot these simple and
delicious recipes thus making a present to the entire world of one of the most tasty and popular
dish as well as the Genovese pesto.
Farina offers a natural, simple, homemade cooking in respect of seasons and events. We use first
